Mars is a great chef, but her passion has always been to bake. In 2019, she attended a 6-week Artisan Bread Baking course in Barcelona, Spain, and that passion has been on fire since.
Mars has a very creative nature. This showed up on the unique dishes served from her food trailer "Mestizo Sonoran Bistro". She has a way of infusing bread with that same passion of creativity.
We are currently testing several gluten-free breads. As these tests evolve, we will add them to our menu.
